Your satisfaction is my priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for purchases made from H.A. Selects, operated by me, Hasahunie Andrews.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (I sent the wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads or personalized/custom-made items.
Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive your return and inspect the item, I will notify you of the approval status.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products damaged through customer mishandling.
Final sale or clearance items (these will be marked as such).
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to an error on my part).
4. How to Request a Return

The reason for the return.
Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions and my return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
