Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped from H.A. Selects, operated by me, Hasahunie Andrews. As a solo curator, I prioritize safe, timely, and transparent delivery for every order.
1. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is chosen based on delivery speed, service reliability, and destination to best serve your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
For any pre-order or made-to-order items, the expected ship timeline will be clearly noted on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

4. Shipping Fees
Continental U.S.: Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Continental U.S. (Orders under $50): Flat rate fee of $4.95.
Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate fee of $9.95.
International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
5. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States:
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These are not collected by me at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and includes a valid phone number for customs clearance.
International shipping restrictions may apply to certain items.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages
If an error was made on my part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), I will cover the cost of return shipping.
For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Packages returned to me as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will require a reshipping fee to be sent out again.
7. Shipping Risk & Liability
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued, the responsibility for the package in transit transfers to the carrier and the recipient.
I am not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier processing, customs hold-ups, or other events beyond my control.
I am not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier’s tracking shows “Delivered.”
I am not liable for items seized or rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.
8. Order Tracking & Support
All orders include a tracking number. Please contact me immediately if:
The tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package.
Your package appears damaged upon delivery.

9. Policy Updates
I may update this shipping policy periodically. The version posted here at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
